Therapist
“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.”
~Aristotle~
Talking about your concerns with close friends and family can be helpful. However, there are times when additional support and an outside perspective can help you see your experiences in a new light and develop a deeper understanding of the challenges you face.
For over 10 years, I have worked primarily with Asian and Asian American clients. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and focuses on what each individual hopes to achieve through therapy.
Some clients seek support to reduce anxiety or alleviate depression. Others come to therapy for concerns that may not feel “clinical,” such as relationship difficulties, work-related stress, low self-esteem, or a general sense of dissatisfaction with life.
Taking the first step toward therapy often requires courage. Yet this step can open the door to a more fulfilling life than you may have imagined—one that brings clarity, meaningful answers, and a renewed sense of joy.
My approach helps untangle the roots of daily struggles, which often stem from enduring experiences and memories from the past. Through our work together, the goal is to enhance insight, deepen self-understanding, and—most importantly—help you feel lighter and better at the end of the day.
I strive to provide a warm, safe, and confidential therapeutic environment where you can talk freely about anything that comes to mind, at your own pace, to ensure comfort and maximize progress in treatment.
Take the first step today. Contact me and begin an inward journey toward greater understanding and well-being.
